Freezes!

I installed this app to my iPhone 5 when I started my 21 Day fix, round 1, in the beginning of March 2016. It worked great until the last few days when I tried to correct a mistake I had made in my body measurements. Then the app totally froze up and I had to exit it, double click, swipe up and then open it again. Same thing happened over and over, even after closing down my phone, uninstall the app and reinstall the app.
Next round of my 21 Day fix I tried again, but now it froze up on one of the other pages in the app. This was very disappointing, because I really depended on this app to keep track of my meals.
PLEASE correct this problem and give us a new update. Thank you!
